• Yes it will work, but in backwards compatibility, as it is not a Thunderbolt 4 Hub. You will not get all features associated with that, but limited to Hub specs.

• Yes, the Mini Dock will work with a Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4 ports. Please make sure to download our drivers on j5create website under the "Support" > "Downloads/Drivers".
