• At least in Windows 10 you be able to, just have to go to display settings and make sure that the PC detects/recognizes 3 screens also that you'd like to extend the displays. From there you should experiment on your desired orientation. Hope that helps!!!

• Yes, the JCD381 will allow you to do this with a Windows or Mac computer.
