I started using this docking station but am having issues with sound. I cannot hear others through Zoom meetings nor can they hear me. Is there a fix for this? null

To change the default playback device:
1. Right-click on the Windows 10 Start button, select Settings.
2. Select System
3. Select Sound
4. From the drop-down menu under “Choose your output device”, select a device. E.g. Speakers (USB Audio), (Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio).
NOTE: the j5create USB adapter is recognized as "USB Audio"

5. Move the volume bar under “Master Volume”
Repeat steps 4 & 5 until you hear audio coming through your preferred playback device. At this point, the audio should play through the device that was selected.

To change the audio output device:
1.) Open System Preferences
2.) Select "Sound".
3.) From the window that appears, click the "Output" tab.
4.) Locate and select "USB Audio" from the list.

At this point, the audio should play through the device that was selected.

Also you may want to check settings through zoom.
