The resolution will depend on what the computer and monitors support as well. However, if you have already tried to troubleshoot the issue on your own , I would recommend contacting the Technical Support team on the packaging for further assistance. The AC adapter would not have any effect on the resolution.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The adapter helps but you should also try tinkering with your screen ratios. That fixed my blurry screen. But yes, if you are running more than 1 screen its intended that the adapter is powered by an outlet so try plugging it in first.
