• I used it to connect my wireless mouse & keyboard to my laptop. I think it works like a cord extension, so if it's not connecting then the problem is with your phone or your USB mic, not the j5create.

• No, a Mic to JCD373 to a Galaxy Note will not work. Keyboards, mice and flash drives will work with a phone.
