All I had to do on my Galaxy S21 5G was plug it into the phone, attach the HDMi cable to the device and TV and put TV input on the HDMI port the cable went into . The screen instantly appeared on the TV. Of you have done that and it is not working, I would go to geek squad.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Samsung S21 5G supports "DisplayPort Alt Mode" over USB-C. Make sure your phone is connected to our device with an HDMI cable to a display with the correct input selected. Open Settings, then select Connections. From Connections, select More connection settings. From here, select HDMI mode. You should see Samsung DeX and Screen Mirroring to select from. The USB-C port is power-in for pass-through charge using a 65w or higher power-brick. The USB-A port is intended for mouse or keyboard, flash drive or any low powered USB peripherals. ** Feel free to contact j5create Technical Support by Live Chat or submit a Support Ticket, if you require further assistance.
