I am thinking probably not. That part is to connect a computer to an HDMI. You will probably made a special ordered HDMI adapter for a phone

It appears the Nintendo Switch's USB-C port is only for charging or for connecting the console to the dock; the Motorola does not support DP alt-mode which is required for mirroring the phone screen to a TV; the Samsung A10E does not support DP alt-mode either - unfortunately the Samsung S20 5G is the only one of the devices inquired about that will work with the JCA379 and it will both mirror, charge for you.
