“Is it waterproof and sweat proof”

• No its not waterproof. Yes sweatproof as long as you don't pour down sweating with perspiration dripping all over it. I workout and sweat as well , nothing has happened to it.

• not sure if waterproof buti'm menopausal and i haven't had a problem at all with sweating off and on all the time

• Its Definitely not your earpiece to go snorkeling...per-se, but I use it in the Gym when I jog on the treadmill and work out and it performs great. It will keep the sweat away but don`t take a shower with it....is more like the idea I intend to get accross.
