I purchased this item for several reasons. 1. I am always misplacing my BlueTooth Devices. 2. I wanted a device that was easy to learn fast and have good options. The options are as follows; connects easily, has a volume control that advises you if you try to listen to the device too loud; has an on and off switch (usually helpful, heh), Tells you if it is connected by pressing the main button once; hold the main button for a few seconds and you can talk directly to your device (ie. call Mom, text John@work. Sleek design and very small, most people will be looking right at me and thing I am talking to myself, (another heh deserves to be here). Hope this helps you pick your next device. Remember simple but functions very well.

Concerned at first but once I had it synced with my car it was wonderful. Great clarity for both the listening and speaking options. Highly recommend.

I love my blue tooth, it was cheap and the voice is clear. Perfect size for my ears. Soft and light.

Item is simple to use, and does not require an App to have it fully functional. But you could have lost the ear holding piece, cause it is flimsy.

The Jabra Bluetooth receiver is easy to use and stylish to wear. The ear loop can be changed to hang on either ear and the product comes with a replacement loop. Getting it connected to my also low-end flip phone was simple, but I worried that the security code of 0000 wasn't a good one and I didn't know how to change it.

The sound quality is adequate. The ear piece is not the most comfortable. The answer/hangup and redial button are place in such a way that when I go to adjust the ear piece, it often hangs up when I'm talking, or redials the last number when I don't want it to. I paid 29.95 for the device, and I got what I paid for.

The Bluetooth is very excellent I will recommend this product to many of my friends including my family and school mats

This blue tooth starts working good. But, after like around 3 or 4 weeks. It starts to loose good quality. In some calls people can't hear me. Battery start beeping when it goes down to 30%. So that interrupts the calls

This is an upgraded version of my previous jabra wireless blue tooth ear piece. It is comfortable. The only reason I purchased this is due to the rubber ear piece covering got lost and the spare ones were hurting my ear.

At first I was a little reluctant to purchasing this product due to someone saying they weren't able to hear it ringing. I purchased it anyway and glad I did. At this point I haven't had any problem with hearing the phone ring in my ear or otherwise. I have actually had to turn mine down because it was ringing too loud. I am able to hear people talk to me loud and clear. I would definately recommend this ear piece to anyone wanting one that wants to listen at their music or just talk to people without holding their phone. I am usually a plantronics customer but I am now a jabra customer. These are my go to products now.

After I bought this earphone I also down loaded an App from Google Play Store. Unfortunately the App doesn't show correct charge level (only about 80%) after charging. First I thought the unit I purchased was a defect. So I contacted Jabra web support. After a few days without replying from Jabra, I went back to Best Buys and exchanged another. The similar charge was reported in the App. So I started suspect the reporting from the software. The earphone sound quality is good for its size. It is light and small. And it can hold the charge for a long time (after a few weeks without using it, I still can use it without recharging). For BT connection, it works well: I have a Moto X smart phone, a Visio tablet, an Acer Chromebook, and an HP notebook. All can be connected. One thing needs to be aware: when connecting a new Jabra earphone, I had to remove the old setting in one of devices for the old earphone which I returned to Best Buy. If Jabra can fix the App to report the charge level correctly I will change my rating to five stars. Best Buy is very good in exchange. I also bring some old CDs and tapes for recycling there.

I bought this thinking it would just be "ok", based on other reviews. However, this little guy surprised me quite a bit! It's a great size and wraps nicely around my ear. The battery life is fantastic thanks to Bluetooth Low Energy ( one of my requirements when purchasing an earpiece ). The biggest complaint I saw over and over again while researching earpieces was the sound quality. Not so in this case! In fact, I was talking to a friend while using the phone and not the earpiece. I then switched over to the earpiece and he immediately asked me what had happened, because the sound became so much clearer!

Bought this about 6 wks ago. The fit is better than probably most of the several previous bluetooths that I've had over the years. The sound is pretty good too. No complaints with that. One thing I'm not crazy about is how easy it's been for me to disconnect a call if I bump the side of it while talking. It comes with an app for the device, which I thought was going to be cool. But that app drained my phone battery quick and I've got a Droid Turbo. My battery will last me two days normally. Their app drained it to about 40% within a few hours of installing it.. After I removed the app, there hasn't been anymore issue with my battery. For the price, it's a pretty good bluetooth.
