• Budud, Best Buy, normally have your recent purchase on file. I've never had an issue with an exchange. They're really good. Hope this helps.

• The store will more likely than not exchange it for you. Most products had a warranty to cover against defects.

• The same happened to me, but about 9 months later. I had to pay about $5 which was my deductible. I recommend buying the replacement plan.

• Talk to BB customer service. They usually can pull up a copy of the receipt. That said you may have to talk to Jabber about exchange since I thing 60 days is beyond BB's return poilicy.
