Headset cable has a standard jack connector on the ends. So it requires you to use the auxiliary to lightning Adapter cables that are sold separately.

They also come with an audio 3.5 mm cable that can be plugged into an older iPhone headphone jack, but if you have a recent iPhone that doesn't have a headphone jack, you'd need to use the Lightning to 3.5mm audio adaptor that comes with iPhones now.
