Hello Feature - Thank you for your interest in the Jabra Elite 4 Active. To mute/unmute the microphone during a call, press the Left or the Right button. In mono earbud mode, press the button of the earbud you are using to mute/unmute the microphone. The Jabra Elite 4 Active is not compatible with a PC or laptop so full functionality is not guaranteed when connected to such device. - Dwayne
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On a call, I can simply mute or unmute my voice while walking around the house, with one tap on either the left or right earbud. The basically mutes the mics on the earbuds. Depending on what or how you are connected to someone on your laptop, it should basically work the same way, but all permissions will need to be enabled in the laptop, etc. You won't really know for certain, in ANY buds you buy, until you try it with your specific application and software. On calls though, through your cell provider, it will mute it effectively and easily.
