- Answer There is not a lot of bass to these and I haven't found an equalizer to adjust them other than the adjustment on my computer.

- Answer It would not be wise to wear them while riding your motorcycle due to the fact that they are noise cancelling and may prevent you from hearing emergency vehicles coming your way.

QuestionI am looking for earbuds I cane use wwith a portable radio or my Ipod. So far I have tried two different sets (different brands) and they will only pair with a phone after downloadiing an app. Q. Will these or other jabra buds pair with a radio or Ipod ?

- Answer I don't know that they will connect to a radio unless it is Bluetooth capable. They should connect to an IPOD if it is Bluetooth capable. However I had to buy a Bluetooth dongle for my computer and bypass the Bluetooth WiFi card on it because for some reason it would not connect. If you hear popping and crackling sound from the headphones you will probably have to bypass the WiFi card like I did. A dongle is cheaper than replacing the WiFi card and much easier to install.

- Answer Hello - The Jabra Elite 4 is not officially support for use with a smart tv. Some users may have success in pairing a Jabra Elite 4 with a smart tv, video game console or other unsupported device using Bluetooth, but the full functionality of the Jabra Bluetooth device may not be available. For example, you may be able to send and receive audio; however, the buttons on the headphones or earbuds may not work for volume controls the way they would with a smartphone.

- Answer Hello, J - Thank you for your question. The Jabra Sound+ has a feature called Find My Jabra. It uses your phone’s location data to store your Jabra device’s last known location. If you misplace your Jabra device, you can use this information to locate it using the map on your smartphone. You can also activate your Jabra Elite 4 to make a sound, so it is easier to find. Please note, the Find My Jabra feature is disabled by default. The Jabra Sound+ app only stores the last known location, and any previous location data is permanently deleted. All location data is stored locally on your phone and is never shared or stored externally. If you remove permissions for the Find My Jabra feature, all location information is deleted and it will not be possible to locate your Jabra device. It is not possible to restore location data once it has been deleted.

- Answer Hello - Thank you for your question. To mute/unmute the microphone during a call, press the Left or the Right button. In mono earbud mode, press the button of the earbud you are using to mute/unmute the microphone.
