• Hello Jaja, The Jabra Elite 65t is not intended for use while sleeping. You may be able to as they can fit flush to the ear. Thank you.

• These fit in my ear well enough that I could probably sleep with them in, but I would eventually get tired of feeling them in my ears and pull them out.

• I do not recommend sleeping with any earbuds in your ear. You might cause damage to your ear doing that, or at the very least, a lot of discomfort when you wake up. Best to put the classical music and affirmations through a speaker.
