Yeap... Best Buy really let down their customers my overselling on this product... I Pre-ordered these with a confirmation email that they were guarenteed to be delivered to the store on Friday when they were to be "releaded".... Then day of guarenteed pickup (already charged my credit Card) I get an email saying its delayed and they have NO dea when the shipment will come. Most unreliable and incompetent company I've dealt with in a while. Shame on Best Buy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately it was Jabra messing up. They’ve been flip-flopping on the release dates for the new set of earbuds since they announced them. However, Best Buy messed up also by taking our money and making a claim that our pre-orders would be available for pick up on October 15, just to let us know an hour before they closed that they didn’t have the product and were “working hard” to get it to us within the next few days. I ended up cancelling my order and just getting them from Amazon. No hassle and I get it right to my door. Best Buy has been lacking big time on their items and customer service.

Maybe provide the release date for the regions rather than link someone to a support page with no info.
