QuestionWhen will Jabra Enhance Hearing Aids be available for purchase from Best Buy? In the meantime, could the Jabra Elite 7 Pro earbuds be used to reduce background noise and clarify speech at the same time?

- Answer There is a fair amount of sound adjustment that can be made via the app, but the only way to know would be to buy them, experiment with the adjustments to see before deciding to keep them or return them. I STRESS THAT BEFORE EXPERIMENTING, the buds must be FITTED TO YOUR EARS PROPERLY as defined BY THE APP. It will make a SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE.

QuestionWill they recognize MS Teams work calls on the app as a call and allow me to mute both the headset and the MS teams mute?

- Answer Yes! I use them for hours doing WebEx calls mostly but yes occasionally I use them for MS Team calls. I usually use them with my phone dialing into WebEx/Teams. Gives me extra mute control and allows me to walk around my house to get coffee or breakfast while in my meeting. If you pair the buds with your computer your sort of stuck tied to your computer.

QuestionI take a lot of work calls while I am driving. My car is noisy and I get complaints from my coworkers about not being able to hear me and being irritated by the road noises in the background. Will these cancel out road noise? Or at least limit it?

- Answer Confusing question...for music stereo, unless you are only using one. For phone calls...again both buds work during the call unless you are only using one (with the other in the case). I know of no one who is making "stereo" phone calls, so I hope this gives you the answer you are seeking.

- Answer Jabra elite 7 pro are rated IP57. Registered products come with a free 2 year dust and water protection warranty. While not completely waterproof the 7 rating means they have been independantly tested to be able to be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes. Jabra bluetooth connectivity is good. If your laptop is BT compatable, and your company secutity protocols permit, it can be paired with these earbuds

- Answer If you want my honest to God answer, the 75ts surprisingly have the best bass. Currently those are getting harder to find. I still have mine. But this is just my opinion. I hope this helps. God bless!

- Answer Hello - Yes, the standard case for the Elite 7 Pro is capable of wireless charging. We recommend you use a wireless charging pad that supplies 5 watts of power or more (if more, the case will continue to charge at 5 watts).
