How to find my fit to check the fit null

Download the jabra Sound+ app available in the google Playstore and Apple store. When first paired it it will automatically run a fit check. To access Fit Check: - Open the app - Click the gear icon (upper right on screen) -Click "Personalize My Headset" -Click "Myfit" It is also recommended (and run on first pairing) to run the "MySound" test. This will test for your hearing sensitivity to a spectrum of sound frequencies, and automatically adapt your personak sound profile.

If I’m understanding your question well you will need the Jabra Sound App. If you do, then tap the “circle thing” on the top right corner on the home page of the app. Then go to “Personalize Your Headset”. This will carry you to another page. Next, click on “MyFit” (which is the second one listed). Finally this will show you a page where there will be a yellow bar with a Play Sign on it. Click that and you should be set. This is the best way that I can explain this. I hope it helps. God bless!

A bit tedious the first time, as you are choosing (or the app is choosing more accurately) the size bud for each ear, but it is pretty quick once that is done. I find I still need to do it for people to hear me clearly after a few weeks. But I can quickly make the adjustments needed, then people hear me clearly when with other buds they would not.

Hello Mike- You can access the MyFit test through the Jabra Sound+ app. First, connect your Jabra Elite 7 Pro to your smartphone or tablet and open the Sound+ app. Once Sound+ recognizes your Elite 7 Pro, go to Settings> Personalize your headset> MyFit.
