It’s probably the bone-sensing feature not working well with your ear shape. Next time it happens, try gently pushing both buds in against your ears and holding them there while you talk. Not an actual solution, obviously, but if it fixes it then it’s a good indication that it’s the bone sensing thing. You could try different size bud tips and really jam the buds in. I’m personally just angry I dropped so much cash on these specifically for call quality and using them for work, when they don’t do that one thing well at all. Feels like a bait and switch. I’m sorry you might be experiencing something similar.
