Hi AkWingnut! You can raise the volume in your earbuds by pressing on the button on the right earbud, and lower it by pressing the button on your left earbud. To skip tracks, you are going to want to press the button on tour left earbud two times while listening to music. To go back a track, press the button on your left earbud three times while listening to music. Lastly, to pause and play music, you can press on the button on your right earbud.

So far, I've only used my 75t earpieces for phone calls, and while the 65t Earbuds were almost as awesome, The 65t devices were more susceptible to falling out of one's ear - even with the optional foam snap-ones. And, yes, in my opinion, THEY ARE DEFINITELY WORTH THE UPGRADE.
