“I had the jabra 65t and when someone of my contacts call the jabra 65t say the name of my contacts. My my new 75t elite do not i just here a ring tone, why is so?”

It did say the name before when I bought mine around late April of this year ( out of the box ) ,,but after I did the new update, it’s just a ring tone now , doesn’t say the name anymore!!! ... one other thing : the “ active “ option doesn’t work on the 75t .
