• Yes you can as long as it is inside the time frame stated on your receipt or store policy. I have done it before without any issue and ended up buying more at the store!!

• My husband bought a tablet and a few days later it was on sale. He went to best buy and they gave him back and they gave him the difference. Answer to your question is yes they will

• I believe if it goes on sale within 30 days of purchase, Best Buy will do a price match refund for the difference.
