I have a Galaxy Note 3 and I wouldn't trust it to stay put while I'm moving around a lot.

For what it's worth, I find the Sony wireless head phones to be great for working out. A bit big, but the comfort, lack of slippage when perspiring, and ease of use are there. And if worst ever comes to worst, the headphones have a standard jack so that you can hardwire these ( a short cable is included) to whatever sound system/phone/iPod that you have. So if you have to back up to a hard wired connection you are covered there too :)
