You can not really hear anything else out of the ear you have it in. That being said, it only goes in one ear so you can still hear outside noise with the other ear. In terms of comfort that has been my issue, I feel like it fits tightly in yoru ear which is good when in use, but when you take it out I noticed it hurt a little, like in ear headphones that are a little big for my ear canal. It seems like it could be shaped more ergonomically.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I find it pretty comfortable unless I have been wearing it four or more hours straight. If I remove it for a few minutes then put it back on, I can wear it longer. It also fits either ear.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In my experience, it seems a bit difficult to maintain in the outside of the ear canal. Talking and having jaw movement makes it worse, causing an adjustment to be made often.
