• These earphones would be great for boxing. They fit snug in the ear and since they're wireless you don't have a cord swinging around everywhere. If you're nervous about the headphones slipping out, I would recommend headphones with the loops over the ears. But they're great and feel like they would fit well with any sport!

• There are multiple earpieces for a tight fit, but since I don't box, I couldn't guarantee they would stay in. They are secure for running.
