Yes it can be used with the computer. I do so myself

Assuming that your desktop PC is Bluetooth compatible, yes, this would work with Skype. I have used mine on webinars in the past and that you work just fine with Skype.

So long as your desktop pc has bluetooth capability, you should be able to link it to the headset for use on Skype.

Hello jla146, The Jabra Talk 15 is optimized to work with a smartphone. It may be able to work with a PC on Skype, however we cannot guarantee it. The functionality would definitely be impacted in terms of button controls etc. Thank you for your question.
