A:Answer can be used in either ear. generally easy to connect but when using for the first time it may take patience and repeated trying, but once connected and recognized by phone, it connects easily in future..... if used for speaking nd listening, its excellent and great value...... I've been using these for years.....by the way they don't do well in the washing machine!....yes, i did.
