Hello Sandy- The Jabra Talk 15 SE does not support the Phone Book Access Profile that allows the device to announce your incoming caller's contact name or telephone number. We recommend the Jabra Talk 35, Talk 45, and Talk 55 if you want a Jabra device with this functionality.

If you have your phone set up that way. It works to the programs you have set up in your phone.
