• I AM NOT SURE , BECAUSE IT DOWNLOADS PRETTY EASY, MAKE SURE IT IS TURNED ON, IT HAVE A SMALL ON AND OFF BUTTON ON THE BACK AT THE TOP.

• There’s no downloading all you do is turn the Jabra on on top of the earpiece and wait for it to do it’s thing and start talking I love mine

• I purchased my jabra from Best Buy and I had no problem connecting to T Mobile. It worked very well. My friends talked me into trying the new air pods. But they keep falling out of my ears. Going back to the Jabra Donna
