  • QuestionCan this unit power a microwave or coffee maker?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Good question! If you're talking about the Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus, then yes — it can power a microwave or a coffee maker, but there are some important things to consider: ⚡ What the 1000 Plus Supports: It has a 2000W continuous AC output and can handle surges up to 4000W. ✅ Things to Keep in Mind: Wattage matters: Make sure your microwave or coffee maker’s wattage is within the 2000W continuous output, not just the labeled “cooking” wattage. Runtime = limited by battery: Even though it can power these appliances, the 1264 Wh battery means you may not get a very long run time depending on how much power they draw. Surge capability: The 4000W surge helps with start-up power spikes, but long operation is limited by the 2000W continuous rating. If you want help estimating exactly how long your specific microwave or coffee maker will run on a full charge, I can calculate that for you — just tell me the wattage., please reach out: 📧 [email protected] 📞 +1‑888‑502‑2236 (weekdays 9 AM – 5 PM PST)

  • Questionmy 1000 Plus main unit is labeled model JE-1000C, but I’ve seen other components labeled with an “A” series (like JBP-1000A). Could there be a compatibility issue between different hardware or firmware revisions?

    Asked by E1000.

    • Answer Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. The Explorer 1000 Plus main unit (JE-1000C) and the “A” series components (e.g., JBP-1000A battery packs) are fully compatible with each other. The difference in labeling simply reflects different product categories or production batches — it does not indicate any hardware or firmware conflict. You can safely use your JE-1000C main unit with JBP-1000A expansion batteries without concerns. The system will automatically recognize and work with all compatible components. If you have any additional questions about setup or compatibility, please don’t hesitate to contact us: 📧 [email protected] 📞 +1-888-502-2236 (Weekdays 9 AM – 5 PM PST) Warm regards, Jackery Customer Support Team

  • Questionis the battery of this device replaceable? If yes, what is model number of the replacement battery and what is the price?

    Asked by EKJACQUES.

    • Answer While technically possible, Jackery strongly advises against attempting to replace the battery in a Jackery 1000 v2 yourself due to safety concerns and potential damage to the unit; doing so would also likely void your warranty.

  • QuestionI have 2 questions: 1 - what is the solar panel that will charge this device? if YES, please give me panel model number. 2 - Will this device power a 1500w space heater?

    Asked by EKJACQUES.

    • Answer Question 1 - it is not guaranteed that any solar panel will work with this device. I would go with Jackery’s SolarSaga option because they are rated for moisture and rain. Also, the size of the panel matter with the size of your device. You typically don’t wait to take more than 4-7 hrs to charge you power station. With the Jackery 1000v2, you need at least 1 2000W panel, possibly 2. One 200w panel will take up to 7hrs to fully recharge your unit. For a 1500w heater, as mentioned before, that’s serious power. Yes, it can power that but for only an hour at most. In emergencies, it’s not about luxury, it’s about minimums and life saving methods. Smaller heaters run around 750watts. With this, you can double you usage time and stay relatively warm. With 750watts, you are looking at 2+ hrs. If you need that kind if power your best bet will be to get a larger unit. And then, you can recharge the unit by day.
