Although the self-discharge rate of lithium batteries is 3% to 5% per month in theory, according to the real feedback of our customers, the Explorer 290 still has close to 95% power after 3-4 months once it is fully charged and with no loading. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The instructions recommend draining the battery at least every 6 months. So I would think it would last at least that long. Not sure.
