It depends on how much power your Crock pot uses. I have a 6quart rock Pot, that uses 280watts. I have the Jackery 240 v2 and just as I expected, it will power that Crock pot, however it will only last about 0.8hours. That’s not nearly long enough for a Crock pot to do its work. Suggestions: - I would only use it on low power. - get a larger power station. Power is precious in an emergency. You can almost never have enough.

The Explorer 290, with its 200W rated output, 400W peak output, and 290Wh battery capacity, may not be ideal for powering larger crock pots. Crock pots in the 6 to 8-quart range typically consume between 200 and 400 watts, while larger 10-quart models generally require over 450 watts, which exceeds the capacity of the Explorer 290. To estimate runtime, we use a simple calculation: multiply the battery capacity by 0.85, then divide by the device’s power consumption. For larger appliances, we recommend considering a higher-capacity power station, like the Explorer 600 Plus, which has a 632Wh battery capacity. Based on this calculation, the Explorer 600 Plus could theoretically provide approximately 1.79 hours of runtime (632Wh × 0.85 ÷ 300W) for a crock pot with an average power consumption of 300 watts. Please note that this is an estimate, as actual runtime depends on the specific power requirements of your devices and other factors.
