Sorry to hear that about you Jackery 240. There is good news though. The Jackery 240 v2 does have better, longer lasting and safer batteries now. This device has a 10yr rating and after that the batter will still charge up to 80%. If you have the 1st generation model, it has approx. a 3-4 year lifespan. If it has been shorter than that you should be able to petition Jackery with your receit for a replacement or repair.
