Depends on model and settings but i have a ResMed AirSense 10 and i was able to get around 7 hours with just over 30 percent battery left, however camping and considering different elevations/tempatures this will vary as camping at higher elevations ive found that i can getbetween 6 and 7 hours however it uses alot more power due to the elevation and tempertaure difference but it will run atleast 6 to 7 hours either way but ultimately depends on settings and the model your using.
