Dear Customer, Thanks for reaching out to us regarding this question. As far as we know, lithium-ion batteries of less than 300Wh can be allowed through special airline services, while lithium batteries of more than 300Wh cannot be carried. Please consult the customer service of the airline you are flying with, and the specific requirements provided by them shall prevail. Actually, you can buy Jackery products from our authorized distributor called Evolife Pty Ltd in South Africa. Kindly contact our customer service team to get the contact details. Should you have other questions or concerns, feel free to contact our customer service. Thank you for your support. Best Regards, Jackery Support Team
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it would be a great addition to your trip, as long as the battery in the generstor poses no FAA problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as the airline finds no reason not to let it aboard. I would definitely keep the original packaging if you were to do this, to protect the panel. I think the 290 unit itself with a lithium battery could possibly be an issue with the airline. You would need to check ahead of time. I have no idea what their policy might be. It would work like a charm in that environment though!!!
