“I have the Jam Ultra Bluetooth earbuds (owned them for about a year now) and they won't turn off and disconnect from my phone when I put them in the charging case. And they are not dirty, I wipe them and the charging case every 2 weeks.”

I just turn it off from my phone. Try turning the blue tooth on and off. If that doesn’t work, do a soft reset on your phone
