• Hello, hold down the button on each ear bud where it says JAM at the same time for like 5 seconds until they shut off completely. Then once they shut off double press the JAM button on each at the same time and wait for them to pair. Both should work now. Hope this helps.

• Go to Settings on your computer and/or phone and on your Bluetooth settings Press JAM ULTRA to connect. If you connect to JAM ULTRA MONO you would connect only one earbud.
