• I had this problem. I hit forget device in my Bluetooth setting. Turned off the jam buds. Shut off blue tooth. Then turned on Bluetooth and repaired they are working just fine

• I know I am late to the conversation but I want to make sure anyone else who has this issue also gets a fix. Shut off both head phones unpair both the mono and dual headphones connections then reconnect the dual and then mono the flashing should go away.
