“What can be done. My 1st set, I had to send back to manufacture because the case stop charging ear buds. Now the replacement they sent me has stop charging. The box light doesn't come on indicating it's charging so the the ear buds can't charge.”

What I did was scratch the brass connector on the ear buds with a needle it sounds bad but they started to charge better connection I assume... hope it helps
