“Just got the Jam Ultra earbuds, I put them in my ear and the music only comes out of my right earbud. I tries double tapping as instructed in one of your other answers and all I get out of the left speaker is a constant beep. What else do i need to do?”

Take them out of the case and hold them close together. watch the blue lights they will flash rapidly and then stop that pairs them together. thats the way they work

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One way you can try is turning off the Bluetooth off of your phone and take the headphones out of the case and wait until you hear the two headphones beep at the same time or watch the blue light sync with each other.

Please try again later.They work weirdly, basically you can pair them to your phone separately, meaning you have them both at the same time, but you don't have to, and you can control their volumes independently. It took me some time to play around with them to figure it out, but now they work fine whenever I pair them.
