“I bought once today but when I made a call only with one(left) I can hear, if I play music I can hear both but call only one. Is this normal? Thanks”

• Yes, I have the same ones and the same happens when I make a call. I think because the mic is on one ear bud only.

• check your blue tooth setting to see if it is set to mono or stereo.
