“How do I get these to stay kny ear. They are small and just slip right out of my ear. Bought rubber ear clips to go on the inside of my ear but it doesn't help. Should I return them?”

I had the same problem and switched to the smaller rubber pieces. That make the problem better but did not fix it completely. There's just something odd with the fit of these.
