“I have just purchased these earbuds but can’t get the two to pair with my iPhone. I can get one to pair in mono mode but not the two at the same time. They also won’t pair with my Fitbit. But they do pair with an android phone. Any ideas ?”

put in box power off 10 secounds of holding down buttons while in box. take out of box same exact time wait a sec then double click same exact time...the turn on bluetooth for pairings...takes a bit a practice bit youll get it soon
