It's in your instruction book. STEP TWO. In case you lost your book, When you take the earbuds out of their case, they will automatically sync to each other, and the LED's will turn solid blue for 5 seconds. Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LED's will quick flash blue. If you still have problems, contact support at www.jamaudio.com.
