• Yes I had trouble at first what’s happing is there not syncing together you have to double tap the button the way you can tell is both blue lights should turn on at the same time for a few seconds that means there syncing together

• To turn the other one on, you need to press and hold the button for 2-3 seconds on the earbud that isn’t connected.

• Make sure only "Jam Ultra" connects to bluetooth. "Ultra" connects both ear pieces. Hope this helps.
