What you do is double click each earbud at the same time make sure your phone is turned off bluetooth and they should pair wait a couple of sec and then turn your bluetooth on.

I couldn’t play both at the Same time as well which was very frustrating. I almost returned them because of it but as I kept playing around with it trying to figure it out i realize you should make sure the headphones are connected to only one Bluetooth. The Bluetooth on my device are called “live true” and “live true Mono”. I was first connected to them both but then I disconnected the “live true mono” and only stayed connected to the “live true” and the sound came out of both ear. Hope this helps if not keep playing around with it until you had enough, then ask for help where ever you’ve purchase them and if they can’t help return/exchange it!

Disconnect both and forget devices
Turn off Bluetooth on phone 
Put them back in the case 
Take them out get them both flashing 
Double click one (should hear a little beep)
The lights on one will stop flashing (that’s good)
Turn on Bluetooth on phone 
Connect to earphones

I have enacfire ear buds and ther is no button to hold down or click at all the buds are smooth and have no pressing mechanism at all the case has no button also .
The buds were working fine for some time now only left or right will work I have followed instructions a million times very close to binning them now lol

I had the same problem, i have the volkano earbuds and the only thing i did to fix this solution was place both of the L & R piece in the charging case than switch them on at the same time and hold the button/finger sensor for several seconds, than they will start to flicker red and blue than reset themselves after a while the earbuds will either show red or blue and when u connect via Bluetooth it will say only one name... for example mine is called Libra, it would say 2 Libra devices can be paired when only one should, if u did this correctly only one device of the same name will show.

Same problem with my IQBUDZ08. 2 bluethooth connections appears on my iphone.

1 - Replace earbuds in the box

2 - with open lid push the button 5s on the bottom of the box until flashing white from green

3 - Only one connection appears on iphone, pair it

I have Dango Buds. I love 'em. I did what SLICE said and it fixed the stupid issue of the right bud not working.  Again, put buds in the case/box/charger, whatever you call it. LID OPEN, press button for 5 - 10 seconds. Your light will change then change back or go off. DONE. Re-pair and away you go... corrected.

 I did Exactly what was said to do, and it Actually freak’n Worked! I am Definitely Satisfied ! I’m actually in shock AhAha! I’ve had these Ear-Buds for like 6-7 Months and I could not figure out how to make them both work at the same time lol

To sync them together turn your bluetuth off and take them out of their case... press the buttons on top of the earbuds twice quickly at the same time.. they should start to pulse/breathe blue and then start flashing(looking for a device) select Jam Ultra in your Bluetooth settings... hope this helped!!

I was upset after this same thing happened to me. But all I had to do was put them back in the case, then connect them to a charger. Then take them out and make sure you have Bluetooth on. If the ear buds are saved in your device then click forget. Then click pair new device and click on your device name. Then it should work.

You need to press the soft touch panel on each earbud at the same time so they sync first, then turn on your devices Bluetooth and select connect (ignoring the mono option) and vola stereo sound!

Only one earbud playing is mono mode .To get to Jam Ultra mode, which is both earbuds are playing at the same time, you have to have your Bluetooth turned off. When you take them out they should flash blue and then kind of pulse/breathe blue, after that they should hold a blue color for about 5 seconds and start flashing again. in Bluetooth settings, if you want only one earbud to play then select Jam Ultra Mono, if you want both earbuds to play then select Jam Ultra
