Go to your bluetooth settings. And unpair your jams wireless buds. When you search them up again make sure you pair it with "true live" for both headphones or of you want to use only one pair it with "live true mono". I have both settings connect to my phone just depends if you want both headphones or one connected. Your probably connect to "true live mono" which only connects one ear bud.
