This happened to me within 2 months of buying it. I lost one side and called up the manufacturer Jam Audio to see if I can buy just one earbud. They had me send everything in (case, charger, USB cable, and remaining earbuds and receipt, etc). They covered it under warranty and sent me a brand new set within a week. Go to their website and get the customer service number.
