I can not get both my your buds to walk just my left one work

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What you do is double click each earbud at the same time make sure your phone is turned off bluetooth and they should pair wait a couple of sec and then turn your bluetooth on.

I almost returned them because of it but as I kept playing around with it trying to figure it out i realize you should make sure the headphones are connected to only one Bluetooth. The Bluetooth on my device are called “live true” and “live true Mono”. I was first connected to them both but then I disconnected the “live true mono” and only stayed connected to the “live true” and the sound came out of both ear. Hope this helps if not keep playing around with it until you had enough, then ask for help where ever you’ve purchase them and if they can’t help return/exchange it!

Please try again later.I have enacfire ear buds and ther is no button to hold down or click at all the buds are smooth and have no pressing mechanism at all the case has no button also . The buds were working fine for some time now only left or right will work I have followed instructions a million times very close to binning them now lol

Please try again later.I had the same problem, i have the volkano earbuds and the only thing i did to fix this solution was place both of the L & R piece in the charging case than switch them on at the same time and hold the button/finger sensor for several seconds, than they will start to flicker red and blue than reset themselves after a while the earbuds will either show red or blue and when u connect via Bluetooth it will say only one name... for example mine is called Libra, it would say 2 Libra devices can be paired when only one should, if u did this correctly only one device of the same name will show.

Please try again later.Same problem with my IQBUDZ08. 2 bluethooth connections appears on my iphone. 1 - Replace earbuds in the box 2 - with open lid push the button 5s on the bottom of the box until flashing white from green 3 - Only one connection appears on iphone, pair it Hope it helps
