“When calling somebody I can only hear the tone on my right bud what about the left one how can I listen to calls on both the earbuds ?”

Chris from what i have been able to figure out you are not going to be able to hear from both buds. it has something to do with mic configuration I THINK!! Not 100% sure i will keep giving it a try and see what I can come up with if I make any progress I will let you know
