My earphones are starting to not connect together anymore. Usually connecting to Jam Ultra on the bluetooth screen links both earphones together but now Jam Ultra only connects to my left earbud. Anyway to fix this problem? null

Answer #2 is correct. Turn off Bluetooth feature on phone and leave it off the connectivity has nothing to do with the problem but keeping them off is essential for the solution. Reset your earbuds(red lights blinking) then put them back in to the case wait about a minute then pull the right one out first allow it to completely turn on then pull the left one out of the case and allow it to do the same thing. NOW, you are still going to be hearing the peeping that you were hearing before when they were not syncing keep double clicking both the right and left until you hear them sync. Believe me you will know when they have sync the only thing is that I had to try it quite a few times and it worked. Not only for these earbuds for others as well. I bought these because I thought that my other ones were broken bought them less than a year ago. This process worked for both of the devices of separate brands...

Nothing here worked for me, but if you try everything else there is to try, then find the answer, now you are brilliant. So I did. Start from scratch and turn Bluetooth off on your device. Turn off both ear buds. Put them in the charging case. Take out the right one, put it in your ear, press to turn it on, then press twice. Pull out the left one, and just turn it on and now they are synced again. Turn them off. Turn on your Bluetooth device,, then turn on both earbuds. They will sync to the device. Worked the first time.

None of this answers helped me, I found out how to pair mine in the instructions. I guess every earphones have it...:) Anyway mine was turning them off and then holding power on both for 20 seconds, putting them back to case and then out again, it paired after second time trying that same thing. Turn both earbudz off, holding unail they flash red and off, turn back on and double click, keep doing so until both earbudz are the same blue, if un-synced it'll be a bright blue on one earbud and a dim blue , double click until both are the bright blue.

First - turn everything off. Bluetooth on the phone and both earbuds
Second - turn both earbuds back on. Allow them to blink blue/red
Third - double click both ear buds until it's a slow blinking blue light. Then sit there and watch them until both start to blink blue/red again bc that means they linked
Fourth - turn your bluetooth on your phone back on and they will connect together.

I just want to say that the comment that starts with "Answer #2 is correct" actually does work!! It took me a few tries before I was able to reconnect my two ear buds. More than a few times actually it took me 2 days. One thing I will add to that comment would be that for me an additional step help. After I took one bud out of the case at a time (the right bud 1st then the left bud 2nd a few seconds later). I double click the bud button immediately. I didn't wait for the bud to turn on by themselves. That work for me. 

Note the more frustrated you are during the attempts to reconnect the buds the more you will struggle

So for me it was putting both of them in the case( or you can turn them off by pressing for 3-5 seconds after which red light flashes and the earphones turn off) then turning them on again, Both of them have alternative red and blue lights. After that double press either the L or R one it will give u a loud beep kind of sound and the other one would stop flashing lights which means both have paired together. Now just turn on your Bluetooth on your phone and connect.

Step 1)
Take one earbud (L or R) out from charging case, touch earbud till blue light flashes, there’s a voice prompt “ Power On”, keep touching till blue and red light flash alternately, there’s a voice prompt “Paired”.
Step 2)
Turn on your mobile phone Bluetooth, search Bluetooth name “ AIR TWS” and connect it, there’s a voice prompt “ Your headset is connected”.
Step 3)
Take the other earbud out from charging case, touch earbud till blue light flashes, there’s a voice prompt “ Power On”, stop touching, it will pair with the first eabuds automatically, there’s a voice prompt “ TWS Connected”.
Step 4)
The first earbud which connected with your mobile phone is main earbud.

If that doesn't work try this:

How to restore factory setting if L and R earbuds not pairing: 
1) take earbuds out from charging case, one of earbuds flashes purple light, the other one flashes blue and red light alternately, that means they're not pairing
2) press L and R earbuds for about 5 seconds to turn off them, in off status, long press L and R earbuds for about 20 seconds, the earbuds will start to restore factory setting 
3) after 20 seconds, put L and R earbuds back to charging case and take them out from charging case again, they will start to auto pairing and there will only one earbud flashes blue and red lights alternately if pairing successfully, the other one will not flashes
 
Note: before connect to your phone, please delete your previous pairing records between earbuds and your mobile phone after you restore earbuds to factory setting

So for me I could only pair “jam ultra mono”...and it would only play out of the right bud. Turns out that i had to pair to a random name “live true” for it to play out both ear buds. Very weird..

I would not buy these earbuds. When you read the comments about how hard it is to pair the two it is overwhelming especially when there is no customer service person to help. I have tried all the steps in the comments under pairing and I have watched the U-Tube presentations and nothing works. Only one earbud will work at a time. No matter what the cost it doesn’t make any difference if they don’t work. By the way they only worked for about 28 times. They worked when I first got them but no longer will pair!

Unpair then from any Bluetooth device. Take out the Right Bud then the left.. Listenen for the Power On message.... Double tap the Right Bud and you will hear a beep... My earbuds - PowerLocus PLX5. (Keep in mind the method which helped me may not do the same with your earbuds. Try and read the manual as you can usually find all the information needed for you to be able to reset them.)

I somehow managed to make them connect to each other. Bare in mind I tried it countless number of times and none of the videos nor forums had the exact formula on how to do it so I really combined all the knowledge I got and randomly did it so this might be pretty chaotic.

So here's what I did: 
1. I unpaired my PowerLocus PLX5 from my phone. (You may want to try and unpair the earbuds one by one if they appear as separate - so basically turn one earbud on and unpair it from your phone. Turn it off and do the same with the other earbud.)
2. I put both of the earbuds in the charging case (You don't have to charge them while you're trying to reset them like it says in the manual)
3. I pushed both of them till they blinked blue twice (they cannot blink in blue more than twice). That resets them. 
4. I took only my right earbud and put it in my ear. I also tapped it a couple of times and waited a couple more seconds
5. I finally took the left earbud out of the case and put it in my ear and they miraculously connected to each other on their own. 
6. As from there you just pair them with your phone.

So I'm not sure all of the above is needed in order to be able to connect them to each other but that's exactly what I did.

Bring out both earbuds on from the charging case. Automatically they are turned on. Place them in your ear. Make sure your Bluetooth connectivity on your phone is turned off. Place both fingers on the power button to put them off. Do the same to put it on. Double tap the right and left simultaneously. Then double tap the left and right simultaneously.

So I followed everyone's comment. Nearly threw them out the window I was furious. 
If you have anything remotely newer via phone... like the s20+ (2019) then you have to go to media (usually underneath the pull down screen or at the bottom of the pull down) and click both of them! If you don't see media go to the very top right corner and click allow media.

I also had the same problem, tried various given solutions, none of which worked. Just before I could make them suffer between the jaws of a bench vise, i found this solution by mistake. With both earbuds on and the Bluetooth on your phone switched off, just double tap on one of them to pair, and double tap on one of them to un-pair. When paired, only one earbud flashes blue and red and make the di-ding sound, when unpaired they sound like ding ding ding then alternate blue and red lights. Works great for mine(f9 tws touch) .

2. Then you put them both in the case. 
3. Take out the right bud
4. Off it (press long until you hear "power off") and tap it twice. 
5. Take out the left one, connect it with your phone then both of it will pair again. 
*If that's still not working then after you connect the left bud with your phone. You repeat the 4th step (while the left is still connecting with your phone).

The main idea in this is to (for me):
1. Turn off Bluetooth in phone
2. Take out both ear buds and turn on.
3. When they are in pairing mode (blinking red-blue), then click twice on ONLY one of them (color on the chosen one will change on light blue-red)
4. Wait a moment, and the second one will sync and say "Connected".
5. Turn on Bluetooth on phone and connect earbud (there should be only one to connect)

Ear buds not connecting together. Thanks for everyone's input.
 I tried several of the ideas without success but then noticed the contacts on the buds themselves, and in the storage case, were dirty.
 I cleaned all contacts thoroughly with alcohol (methylated spirits), returned them to the storage case, left them there for about 2 minutes. 
On my phone I told the phone to "forget" the previous connections to the ear buds. 
 I then took the Right ear bud out, inserted it into my ear and turned it on, then the left bud, and heard them connect with each other.
 Next, I told the phone to "pair new device". It picked up the ear buds (identifying the Right ear bud only) and found they were both connected and synchronised! Oh joy!

Boyan's answer work for mine. Except I only had to press and gold for like 10 sec. Then put'm on the charger, take'm off and wait a sec for them to pair. The only difference is that this model blinks red/blue, not only red.

Hey! I had the same problem, with another type of earphone but also a wireless one from China, and nothing on this page solved my problem. What I ended up doing was completely draining the power in the battery bank by charging my phone with it (again, not sure if what you guys are talking about can do that) and therby forcibly resetting it. Its simple once you figure out which one is master bud and which one is slave.
First unpair the earbuds from your smartphone (if you have tried connecting them) 
Switch off both the earbuds
Hold the power button for 10 seconds (for pairing mode) Do it for both the earbuds.

There are numerous reasons the earbuds will refuse to pair up. Once you go through the tiresome, "Forget this device" and turn them off and then back on and double-click over and over and over, and then hard reset your phone, you come to realize that it is a manufacturing defect. Something just broke or fizzled or whatever. Return them and buy a different product.
